ML62Q1300群組是搭載16位元CPU nX-U16/100的高性能CMOS 16位元微控制器，並整合程式記憶體(快閃記憶體)、資料記憶體(RAM)、資料快閃記憶體以及諸如乘法器/除法器、CRC運算器、DMA控制器、時脈產生器、計時器、UART、同步序列埠、I2C匯流排介面單元、蜂鳴器、電壓位準監控器(VLS)、逐次逼近型A/D轉換器、D/A轉換器、類比比較器、安全功能等豐富的周邊功能。
CPU nX-U16/100能夠透過管線式架構平行處理，以1指令1時脈模式高效執行指令。
內建的晶片內除錯功能可實現軟體的除錯和程式設計。此外，ISP(系統內程式設計)功能支援生產線中的快閃程式設計。
ML62Q1300群組有五種封裝(16pin - 32pin)和五種記憶體大小(16Kbyte - 64Kbyte)。
