ML62Q1300系列是一款高性能CMOS 16位微控制器，搭載16位CPU nX-U16/100，並整合了程式記憶體(快閃記憶體)、資料記憶體(RAM)、資料快閃記憶體以及豐富的週邊功能，如乘法器/除法器、CRC運算器、DMA控制器、時脈產生器、計時器、UART、同步串列埠、I2C匯流排介面單元、蜂鳴器、電壓位準監控器(VLS)、逐次逼近型A/D轉換器、D/A轉換器、類比比較器、安全功能等。CPU nX-U16/100能夠透過管線式架構平行處理，以1指令1時脈模式高效執行指令。內建的片上除錯功能可以進行軟體除錯和程式設計。此外，ISP(In-System Programming)功能支援生產線上的快閃記憶體程式設計。ML62Q1300系列有五種封裝(16pin-32pin)和五種記憶體大小(16Kbyte-64Kbyte)。
