ML62Q1300 Group是高性能CMOS 16位元微控制器，配備16位元CPU nX-U16/100，並整合了程式記憶體（Flash記憶體）、資料記憶體（RAM）、資料快閃記憶體，以及豐富的週邊功能，如乘法器/除法器、CRC運算器、DMA控制器、時脈產生器、計時器、UART、同步序列埠、I2C匯流排介面單元、蜂鳴器、電壓位準監測器（VLS）、逐次逼近型A/D轉換器、D/A轉換器、類比比較器、安全功能等。
CPU nX-U16/100能夠透過管線架構平行處理，以1指令1時脈模式高效執行指令。
內建的晶片上除錯功能可以進行軟體的除錯和編程。此外，ISP（In-System Programming）功能支援在生產線上進行Flash編程。
ML62Q1300 Group有五種封裝（16接腳 - 32接腳）和五種記憶體容量（16K位元組 - 64K位元組）。
