車電用低Duty LCD段碼驅動器

BU91799KV-M是1/4占空比車電用通用LCD驅動器，最多可顯示200段LCD。本產品支援高液晶電壓驅動及高幀頻率驅動，也可驅動高顯示精度的VA液晶。還支持+105℃動作，符合車電應用要求的AEC-Q100 Grade2標準。內建顯示用RAM，可減輕微控制器負擔，還無需外接零件，實現了低功耗。內建有EVR功能，可進行LCD對比度的調節。
