BU91796FS-M是1/4占空比車電用通用LCD驅動器，最多可顯示80段LCD。
本產品支援高液晶電壓驅動及高幀頻率驅動，也可驅動高顯示精度的VA液晶。
還支援+105℃工作，符合車電應用要求的AEC-Q100 Grade2標準。
內建顯示用RAM，可減輕微控制器負擔，還無需外接零件，實現了低功耗。
