BU97960MUV是1/4、1/8占空比的通用LCD驅動器，最多可顯示120段的LCD，適用於民生設備和電池驅動設備的LCD顯示。內建顯示用RAM，可減輕微控制器負荷，還無需外接零件，實現了低功耗。內建有EVR功能，可進行LCD對比度的調節。
