Description
PCW1CAAL10GA102CP is a wire-bondable silicon capacitor developed for AI servers and high-speed optical transceivers. Combining 1 nF capacitance with an ultra-compact 0.25 mm × 0.25 mm, low-profile structure, it delivers stable capacitance characteristics over temperature variations and DC bias conditions. Its low ESR and low ESL characteristics help maintain low impedance in high-frequency ranges, supporting power noise reduction in decoupling applications. Placement close to ICs through wire-bonding connections helps reduce wiring-induced parasitic inductance, making the device suitable for high-density designs. PCW1CAAL10GA102CP contributes to the performance and stable operation of optical communication modules for 800 Gbps, 1.6 Tbps and future higher-speed systems, as well as optical transceivers used in AI server applications.
