BD5423AEFS是針對超薄電視等省空間、低發熱量用途的17W+17W立體聲D類功率放大IC。
採用頂尖的BCD (Bipolar, CMOS and DMOS)製程技術,將輸出功率段的導通電阻和接線電阻所產生的內部損失減至極限,實現了90% (10W+10W 輸出、8Ω 負載時)的業界頂級高效率。
並採用小型背面散熱型功率封裝,具備低功耗、低發熱量,無需外接散熱器即可實現總體最大34W輸出。是同時滿足音響類系統大幅小型化、薄型化以及強感染力、高音質播放兩方面需求的產品。

功能:

・ An output of 17W + 17W (12V, with 4Ω load) is allowed without an external heat radiator.
