80-mW 無需耦合電容立體聲耳機放大器
BD88400FJ是無需輸出耦合電容的耳機放大器。本IC內建有穩壓電荷泵型負電源發生電路,可從電源電壓直接生成穩定的-2.4V負電壓。通過採用+2.4V的正電壓與該負電壓的兩種電壓來驅動耳機放大器,以ground level為基准進行輸出。因此,無需大容量的輸出耦合電容,可直接連接耳機。由此,可降低成本,縮減電路板面積,降低部件的高度。此外,沒有因輸出耦合電容與輸出負載阻抗引起的低音區域的訊號衰減,可輸出豐富的低音。
