BA3472Y系列、BA3474Y系列是各自獨立的高增益、內建相位補償電容的運算放大器,是將2個電路/4個電路集成於1個晶片的單片IC。尤其是具有可在+3[V]~+36[V](單電源工作時)的高電源電壓範圍內工作、增益內建寬積4MHz的寬頻內建和轉換速率10[V/µs]的高速性的特點。
