汎用BA8391G/BA10393/BA10339系列和高可靠性BA2903/BA2901系列將各自獨立的高增益比較器1組電路/2組電路 / 4組電路集於單一晶片中的單晶體(Monolithic)IC設計。在單一電源作動情況下,具有高達2~36[V] (BA8391G,BA10393,BA2903,BA2901系列)、3 ~ 36[V] (BA10339系列)的寬廣工作範圍。由於低耗電,因此可適用於各種應用中。
