ROHM的CMOS監控用電壓檢測器（復位）IC BD70H12G-2C是一款採用CMOS工藝、且實現了高精度和超低消耗電流的IC產品。有Nch開漏輸出的（BD70Hxx-2C）系列和CMOS輸出的（BD73Hxx-2C）系列可選，可根據應用需求選用。由於沒有遲滯幅度，因此解除電壓值被設置為與檢測電壓值相同。
