ROHM的二次側LDO穩壓器系列能夠發揮各種小型/節能化裝置的最大性能,構成低雜訊且穩定的電源電路。1ALocal電源用固定輸出二次側LDO穩壓器系列的輸出電壓精度可達±2%,為可供應輸出電流達1.0mA的低飽和型穩壓器。本產品備有多種輸出電壓、面貼裝(TO252)與插入式(TO220FP/CP)等封裝、ADJ以及1.5V ~ 10V輸出電壓等組合的豐富產品陣容可供選擇。可廣泛使用於TV、HDD、PC、DVD等。本產品內建能夠防止因輸出短路等造成IC損壞的過電流保護電路,以及避免IC因過度負載等產生高熱造成損壞的溫度保護電路。
