BD4269EFJ-C是45V高耐壓穩壓器，內建有監視IC輸出電壓降低的複位電路和監視IC輸入電源電壓或其他電源電壓降低的複位電路。抑制待機電流，適合用來降低系統的消耗電流。輸出低電壓重置、電源電壓檢測重置可通過外接電阻調整檢測電壓。重置訊號的複位延遲時間可通過外接電容進行調整。
