It can be connected to GND directly without a Coupling Capacitor. If a small current due to offset is a concern, connect it to GND via a Coupling Capacitor.
The ground isolation input is effective in removing Common Mode Noise superimposed on both the signal input and GND. For example, it is effective when the same noise is on the GND side and the signal side, such as when a signal from an external device is input via RCA cables.
When power is turned on, always perform system reset to initialize the registers. Be sure to set all the registers values even if they are default values.
