ROHM的BD45Exxxx-M、BD46Exxxx-M系列，是採用了CMOS製程的高精度、低耗電流的RESET IC系列。通過內建計數器定時器延遲電路，無需外接延遲時間設定用電容。
為保證客戶可根據應用進行選擇，備有Nch漏極開路輸出BD45Exxxx-M和CMOS輸出BD46Exxxx-M兩個系列的產品。備有檢測電壓範圍在2.3V～4.8V之間，可按0.1V階躍進行選擇的26種產品，按固定延遲時間不同共有156種類型。
