羅姆的延遲時間自由設置型視窗電壓檢測器IC系列，內建採用CMOS製程的高精度、低消耗電流延遲電路的CMOS RESET IC系列，可透過外接電容設定延遲時間。輸出形式為Nch漏極開路、Dual輸出。在-40℃到+125℃的整個工作溫度範圍內，將延遲時間精度控制在±50%以內。
