ROHM的延遲時間自由設置型CMOS重置IC系列，是內建了採用CMOS製程的高精度、低耗電流的延遲電路的CMOS RESET IC系列。可通過外接電容設定延遲時間。為保證客戶可根據應用進行選擇，備有Nch漏極開路輸出(BD52Exxx-M)系列和CMOS輸出(BD53Exxx-M)系列產品。備有檢測電壓為2.3V～6.0V的0.1V階躍的產品陣容。
