本IC為可在電源電壓4.5V～42V的範圍內工作的內建高邊FET的二極體整流型降壓開關穩壓器。透過電流模式控制實現了高速負載響應和簡便的相位補償設定。可用於小型二次電源，例如：可從12V、24V等電源輸出3.3V/5V的降壓電壓。還具備與外部CLK同步的功能，可進行雜訊管理。

This EVK has been developed for ROHM’s non-synchronous buck DC/DC converter customers evaluating BD9G201EFJ-M. While the BD9G201EFJ-M accepts a power supply input range of 4.5V to 42V, and generates output voltages from 1V to VCC, this EVK is setup for the input voltage range of 10V to 42V and a fixed output of 5V can be produced.
