BD90FC0WEFJ是可提供最大1A電流的低壓差型穩壓器。BDxxFC0WEFJ系列有可通過外部電阻設定輸出電壓的可變型和固定型產品。封裝組件採用HTSOP-J8。本系列內建防止因輸出短路等發生IC破壞的過電流保護、以及防止因過負載狀態等使IC發生熱破壞的溫度保護電路。
