本產品是能夠保證向工控市場長期穩定供應的產品。BD80C0AFPS-LB和BD90C0AFPS-LB是可提供達1A電流的低飽和型穩壓器。BD80C0AFPS-LB的輸出電壓為8V,BD90C0AFPS-LB的輸出電壓為9V。本IC還內置過電流保護電路,可防止輸出短路等導致的IC損壞;內置過熱保護電路,可防止IC因過負載狀態等導致的熱損壞。輸出振盪器電容器可使用低ESR的陶瓷電容器。
