BD50FA1MG-M是可提供0.1A輸出電流的穩壓器。有輸出電壓為5.0V的固定輸出型產品。封裝組件採用SSOP5，有利於整機小型化。作為防止IC破壞的保護功能，內建了防止因輸出短路等發生IC破壞的過電流保護電路、以及防止因過負載狀態等使IC發生熱破壞的溫度保護電路。另外，採用了陶瓷電容，有助於整機的小型化和長壽化。
