BM2P101E作為AC/DC用PWM方式DC/DC轉換器為所有產品提供最佳的系統。絕緣、非絕緣均可對應,可輕鬆設計低功耗轉換器。內建650V耐壓啟動電路,有助於實現低功耗。使用電流模式控制,進行逐週期電流限制,發揮頻寬和瞬態回應的優異性能。開關頻率固定為100kHz。輕載時降低頻率,實現高效率。內建跳頻功能,有助於實現低EMI。本產品內建650V耐壓Super Junction MOSFET。
