三相無刷風扇馬達驅動器

將PrestoMOS&trade用作輸出電晶體，與閘極驅動器晶片同時收納到小型表面安裝型全模件封裝中的3相無刷風扇馬達驅動器。內建過電流、過熱、低電壓等保護功能及陰極負載二極體，透過與控制器BD6201x系列組合使用，可適用於各種應用中，實現馬達電路板的小型化。
