BU97520AKV-M是1/4、1/3佔空比車用通用LCD驅動器,最多可顯示276段LCD。
本產品支援高液晶電壓驅動及高幀頻率驅動,也可驅動高顯示精度的VA液晶。最多可控制6個通用/PWM輸出,通過豐富的頻率設定功能,無需頻閃即可實現LED背光和LED按鈕的照明。還內建最多30鍵的鍵盤掃描功能,可實現PCB上的配線削減和MCU的尺寸縮減和成本削減。支援TTL電平輸入,可直接連接各種電源電壓的MCU。
