BD9A600MUV為內建低導通電阻的功率MOSFET同步整流降壓型開關穩壓器。最大可輸出6A的電流。比起SLLM™控制，輕負載狀態的效率特性良好，最適合減輕待機功率的裝置。振盪頻率1MHz且高速，可使用在小型電感。本產品為電流模式控制DC/DC轉換器，具備高速暫態響應性能、可輕易設定相位補償。

This evaluation board has been developed for ROHM’s synchronous buck DC/DC converter customers evaluating BD9A600MUV. While accepting a power supply of 2.7-5.5V, an output of 1.8V can be produced. The IC has internal 25mΩ high-side N-channel MOSFET and 25mΩ low-side N-channel MOSFET and a synchronization frequency is of 1MHz.
