5V output Low Iq DC/DC Converters - BD99011EFV-M

BD99011EFV-M是內建5V輸出的功率MOSFET的低待機電流降壓DC/D​​C轉換器。除了在重負載時保持調整的輸出電壓並實現高效率外,通過SLLM™(Simple Light Load Mode),在輕負載時也可實現低耗電流和高效率。本IC符合車用規格,可對應42V的絕對最大額定值。為了保持冷啟動時的輸出,最小工作電壓為3.6V。此外,通過電流模式控制,可實現快速暫態響應和輕鬆的相位補償。
BD99011EFV-M可通過HTSSOP-B24封裝和幾個外接元件,實現緊湊的PCB設計。
