自動控制昇降壓開關穩壓器 - BD9035AEFV-C

BD9035AEFV-C為在廣泛輸入範圍(VIN=3.8~30V)中可使用的高耐壓昇降壓開關控制器、昇降壓輸出可以一個電感元件製作。本IC的開關頻率在全工作溫度範圍(Ta=-40°C+125°C)中±可達到7%的高精度。另外、採用昇降壓自動控制方式、與傳統的Sepic方式、H橋方式的開關穩壓器比較可達成高效率電源。
