汽車音響用系統電源IC

BD49101AEFS-M是內建多個汽車音響所需電源的系統電源IC。本IC內建DC/DC 2ch、線性穩壓器5ch、 High Side 開關SW，微控制器、CD、調諧器、USB、照明、音響等可僅靠本IC供電。以高效率DC/DC電源為基礎實施了系統化，比以往產品發熱少。內建低耗電流模式切換功能及電源控制功能等，實現了（1）高效率（2）低待機電流（3）簡單的電源設計。
