Detect Temperature Changeable Thermostat Output Temperature Sensor IC

ROHM的溫度檢測切換溫控開關輸出型的溫度感測IC為在單晶片中內建了溫度檢測元件、定電流電路、高精度參考電壓源。備有以單晶片進行3階段溫度檢測切換的BDE□□□0G系列,含蓋-20ºC、+110ºC的溫度範圍。輸出形式可根據裝置的應用來作選擇,備有開汲極型、CMOS型、Active Low型、Active H型的產品。

BDE□□□0G系列:以10ºC爲間隔共6種機型

ROHM的溫控開關輸出溫度感測IC,BDE□□□0G系列以10ºC爲間隔,從-20ºC到+110ºC廣泛的檢測溫度範圍分成6種機型。由於搭載有檢測溫度切換功能,因此能夠根據應用來選擇最合適的溫度感測IC,同時也可對應臨時的設計變更。

溫控開關檢測溫度可藉由CTR端子來切換
BDE□□□□G系列:可以檢測溫度中心的±5ºC進行3個階段切換

遲滯溫度:10ºC(Typ.)
