BD65491FV is 1-channel, BD65492MUV is 2-channel motor driver switching on output transistors in full-swing.They can control the state of motor CW, CCW, Short-Brake, and Open mode according ～ logic of control input pins. These drivers correspond ～ various applications including the mobile electrical appliances.

Because shortened in turning on and turning off time ～ the highest level, it is possible ～ high-speed drive compared with the other models. As the result, because the switching loss can be decreased, a more highly effective motor drive can be achieved.
